Turning
RAND has a variety of turning equipment, ranging from chuckers and manual lathes to the most up-to-date CNC turning centers available. With this versatile machinery, we make pulleys from .500" to 30" in diameter, as well as perform any type of shaft work up to 60" long, including the machining of weldments and castings.

Milling
RAND has a number of milling machines, from older large millers to a full CNC line. We also offer a smaller, easily programmable line of CNC for short runs or prototype work and a large CNC vertical milling machine with a 30" x 60" table.

Welding
RAND has a complete line of fabrication equipment, including both MiG and TiG welding machines. In addition to fabricating our own products, we use this equipment to fabricate and machine items in-house, to customer specs.

Other Services
RAND also can provide surface grinding, broaching, heat treating, drilling, tapping and I.D. and O.D. threading services.
